“Over the 5 ½ years that Williams and Burns have serviced the Air Conditioning at Wonthaggi Plaza I have found them to be the most reliable of contractors. They know their business and have been very helpful to come up with solutions. They have been quickly responsive to incidents with an attitude that nothing is too much trouble – even a callout at 6.30pm on Christmas Eve has been undertaken with good grace and willingness.
